“ I am having problems with videos on my site. They seem to work when used with IE as a browser. When viewed using Firefox they don't? Nothing is changed, only what browser. My URL is www.candlespinners.com. I have movies on many pages. You can get to them from a gallery on the site (ie. spinners, select one, the next page will have photos and a movie. Can you help me? I have gone nowhere sofar.

“ It seems to me that there are two very different ways to use autoresponders, and I don't understand how to set them up. Here's what I mean:

Mode 1 - Newsletter: When someone signs up, they expect to start by receiving the NEXT issue you write, then continue indefinitely. If they want "past issues" you have to provide archives of those somewhere.

Mode 2 - E-course: When someone signs up, they expect to get the first piece of the course (or some kind of "welcome" leading right to it). After that, they should get the remaining parts of the course, in order, on the schedule you set up.

So how do you handle the difference between those two modes of operation? (Of course, I realize that the details won't be exactly the same for different responder vendors.) ”
