“ Squidoo, rather than blog...
I want to make another account. Do I just use a new username, or do I call myself a new name and use a new email? I imagine Squidoo would rather I was 'me' writing under a few pen names than pretending to be lots of people!
Many thanks, anne ”

“ Is there a plugin on WordPress or FireFox that allows you to print out your blog posts? I need to print out the hundreds of article posts on a hosted Wordpress blog hosted on bluehost. Supposedly Firefox used to have an application to do this but discontinued it.
Thanks,

“ I have a Wordpress blog with multiple authors.
The multiple authors come from Unique Article Wizard.
The problem I have is someone has commented on one of the authors post that I have approved on my blog. The comment is directed to the author & not to myself. My concern is I'm not sure what to do with this comment as they are not happy with this author. See the comment below...
Dear Kieren:
I just ran across your article entitled How eBook Covers Can Be Used to Triple Your Conversions Today!, posted April 21, 2009, http://ozstormsebooks.com/blog/how-ebook-covers-can-be-used-to-triple-your-conversions-today/, and once again I am asking you to cease and desist using our trademark.
We would like to receive a written acknowledgment of this letter stating that you will in the future identify Selling Power as a trademark if you should write about our magazine, and not use Selling Power as a phrase. This is your second warning. If we do not hear from you, we will take legal action.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

My Question is, What do I do with this? Do I just delete the post from my blog?
Thanks for your time.

I just moved some blogs to new domain names. But I outsourced it at Rentacoder.

“ Hi there. One of my dreams is to make a full time income online with the use of blogging. Can you recommend some courses both free and paid that can help me learn about this. I'm looking for a course that has proven in the past that it can take an ordinary person and help them to start making money online with blogging. ”

“ I apologize for the length, but I wanted to be as thorough as possible in asking this question, so the expert that answers understands what I am trying to accomplish.
Before I set up my web site, I want to decide on how I should set up my blog. I see two options:
(1) The sales page will be the root of the domain and then blog is installed in a sub-folder (e.g. mysite.com/blog) or (2) the blog has its own domain (e.g. mysiteblog.com).
I find the first option more appealing because I can set up links not just to the sales page (root), but I can also set up deep links to posts (i.e. content) on my blog and have the “sales page” portion of the site benefit from the traffic going to the blog (since they’re basically together as one entity or site). Therefore, the “whole” site can benefit.
People will click a link and come to a blog post but see the sales page (i.e. main domain) and maybe check it out. I would also have advertisements for what I’m selling on the sales page from within the blog.
Also, when I set up adwords campaigns, I can send traffic to the content on the blog portion of the site thereby making Google happy. The sales page can benefit just from the exposure but without a reduction in my quality score. I can focus on linking my adwords ads to the blog with the content, but those content pages will have strategically placed ads and links to the sales page.
If I do it this way, I think I can concentrate on driving traffic by building really good one way back links to just “one” site splitting the traffic between the sales page and the blog, and I can take advantage of deep linking to blog posts. Therefore, that can help the sales page which is going along for the ride by having visitors click on those strategically placed ads or just going to the sales page portion of the site directly.
Does this approach make sense or should I set up a completely separate blog site with its own domain name and drive traffic to both the sales site and the blog separately (while also building in links from the blog to the sales site)? I could work on building the page rank of my blog (while using those ads for the product). I think this would take much longer, though.
I hope this made sense.
I appreciate any advice you can offer.
John

“ I’m in the process of setting up a Wordpress blog to sell physical products either as an affiliate or using dropshippers.
Here’s what I have so far:
My niche
Keywords
Domain name
Web hosting account
Autoresponder account
Theme - I’ve settled on (but not yet purchased) Affiliate Theme for $87.30 unless someone can suggest a better alternative.
Working on:
Content for the landing page - I would welcome any suggestions
My question:
Do I need to state any rules for posts or articles added by others? I thought that on the main page I would invite others to contribute.
Thanks,
Karl ”

“ Hi,
This one may be difficult to explain properly - but I'll try.
I have no blog. My bad. It seems that I am leaving money on the table by not having one.
The best information seems to be - sign up to Blogger.com because Google loves it.
Sound information I'm sure, but I do not like to entrust any part of my business to free and un-accountable servers.
OK here are my questions - at last!
Is it better to set up a blog on one's own server (remote server), rather than use - say Blogger?
If yes, then should one use the Wordpress facility on one's server, or one of the other blog scripts in Fantastico? -
Before answering, please see the rest of my question below.
Now, a slightly different perspective:
Please disregard the server facilities and capabilities when you are kind enough to answer my questions.
If I wanted to create many niche blogs, on one of my remote servers (with a generic . com domain name for the original hosting account, could I do this effectively using a multitude of different sub domain names each relevant to each unique blog if I installed Wordpress on the server, or would one of the other blog script installs be better?
Finally, you'll be glad to hear: I would like a blog related to my own business. would I be better off establishing my main blog under a specific and relevant domain on a different server to the one that contains the generic and throw away blogs, mentioned earlier? For such a dedicated blog, is Wordpress the way to go?
Of course all this pre-supposes that 'Blogger' is not the way to go - I hope not!
Thanks for your time.
Jeff Henshaw. ”
